Speaker Information

All sessions are held as Zoom virtual meetings. Presenters are responsible for supplying their own physical presentation environment. A high speed internet connection and a computer with both a camera and a microphone are required for presentation. Zoom features a desktop sharing mode enabling the use of PowerPoint presentations, videos and other documents.

The speaker is responsible for the entire time period from 3:00 until 5:40 pm. There is a 10-minute break at about 4:15. This provides you with 2.5 hours of contact time. To fulfill the Massachusetts requirement for 3 educational credits (based on 50 minute hours), this time frame must be covered. No partial hour credits can be awarded.

Prior to the day of the program, please send a biography that can be used by Josephine Sarnelli to introduce the speaker(s). Alternatively, the speakers may wish to introduce themselves. In more normal times, between 40 and 60 CPA's would be in attendance. Pre-registration by attendees is required, so an estimate of attendance will be available prior to the seminar, if requested.
